Congrats! You're ready to invest in some clean, high quality beef. You'll need to clear around 8 cubic feet in your deep freeze, that's approximately 200-225 pounds of beef. Save trips to the grocery store knowing you have a fully stocked freezer at home.
Commitment deposit- $500.00
Total price- $2500-$3250
Your cost is determined by hanging weight (approx. 325-420lbs.) Price per pound is $7.70 hang weight. You can expect to received 60-65% of the total weight back after cutting and wrapping is complete.
Personalize your steak cuts and thickness, roast preferences and size, and ground beef package size.
You have access to your half of the organs, brisket, soup bones and extra fat.
You will be sent an invoice with remainder of payment due before delivery of your beef.
