Congrats! You're ready to invest in some clean, high quality beef. You'll need to clear around 16 cubic feet in your deep freeze, that's approximately 400-450 pounds of beef. Save trips to the grocery store knowing you have a fully stocked freezer at home.
Commitment deposit- $1000.00
Total price- $4400-$5400
Your cost is determined by carcass weight (approx. 650-800 lbs.) Price per pound is $6.75 hang weight. You can expect to received 60-65% of the total weight back after cutting and wrapping is complete.

You have access to all of the organs, brisket, soup bones and extra fat.
You will be sent an invoice with remainder of payment due before delivery of your beef.
