Congrats! You're ready to invest in some clean, high quality beef. You'll need to clear around 4 cubic feet in your deep freeze, that's approximately 100-110 pounds of beef. Save trips to the grocery store knowing you have a fully stocked freezer at home. 

Commitment deposit- $250.00

Total price- $1230-$1540

Your cost is determined by carcass weight (approx. 160-200 lbs.) Price per pound is $7.70 hang weight. You can expect to received 60-65% of the total weight back after cutting and wrapping is complete.

Quarters of beef are cut and wrapped standard to our Rose Valley cut sheet. If you have any special requests, contact us.
