The MEGA Bundle (1/8 beef)

This 1/8 beef share provides approximately 48-55 lbs of all natural beef.  A Expect a tasty breakdown of 40% ground beef, 30% savory cuts, and 30% top end steaks. Indulge in the quality and variety of our expertly raised and butchered.

With this Bundle you will receive the following: 

• 23 lb Ground Beef
• 3 Roasts 
• 4 Ribeye Steak
• 4 Ny Strip Steak
• 4 Tenderloin Steak
• 4 Sirloin Steak 
• 4 Minute Steak 
• 1 package Short Ribs or Back Ribs
• 1 Flat Iron Steak or 1 Flank steak or 1 Sirloin Tri Tip or 2 Sirloin Cap steak (first come, first pick.)

Steaks are cut at 3/4" Thick and Roasts are approximately 4 lbs.
